1st Winner of the Champions of Charity Service Competition -- University of the Southwest

Over the past weekend, we had the pleasure of attending the 2018 NAIA National Convention in Kansas City, Missouri. It was an honor to present the first ever Champions of Charity award to our competition winner, the University of the Southwest! These students truly exemplify what it means to be a "Champion of Charity" as they accrued more than 3,500 hours of community service during the 2017-18 Academic Year! We are proud to work with this outstanding university and we are blown away by the dedication to the community that these students showed.

Presentation of the 2017-18 Champions of Charity Award to the University of the Southwest at the 2018 NAIA National Convention.

This past year, we were excited to have over 20 NAIA schools competing nationwide in the Service Competition. Together these schools accrued over 15,000 hours of service during the 2017-18 Academic Year.

During our time at the convention we had the chance to meet with many of our outstanding participants in the Service Competition, as well as, many new organizations who are very excited about the opportunity to become a part of Champions of Charity as help us to further encourage community service within their schools!
